| Specialising in rehabilitation through exercise and education Robert has worked in the health and wellness industry for over 25 years. Along with his extensive variety of experience he has gained the following qualifications:-

| Over the past 10 years Roberts focus has been more on community health, rehabilitation, education and preventative healing thorough sports and exercise therapy, working closely with Physiotherapists, Osteopaths and GPs in the North Hampshire area. In 2006 Robert completed his qualification as a Craniosacral therapist, where he has practised continuously in and around Hampshire. |
Managing all areas of health and wellness whilst actively running a personal training and weight management company. Robert has coached in a number of disciplines from marathon runners to world ranking tennis players, responsible for training programmes, nutrition and general wellbeing. Robert runs 2 clinics in Basingstoke and Winchester. He is also available for home visits.
